Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our engineering team in Vijayawada, India. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting final tests and process qualification activities for semiconductor equipment.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of the equipment by executing checklists and procedures, collecting, processing, and analyzing data to optimize processes.

  • You will conduct FAT tests for semiconductor equipment and ensure qualification.
  • Execute checklists and procedures, updating tasks as needed.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data to optimize processes.
  • Apply troubleshooting methods to eliminate equipment malfunctions and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine process recipes, improve product design, and troubleshoot complex tool issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording process documentation and production data meticulously to adhere to compliance and traceability guidelines.
  • Refining process recipes based on test recipes and customer requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with PID tuning, DOE's, and vacuum chambers.
  • Good understanding of air- or liquid-based instruments, PNID diagrams, and safety measures.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in electrical, electronics, software, or mechanical engineering and 5-8 years of experience in relevant final testing and process qualification.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Coaching team members on mechanical components, adjustments, and alignment.
  • Writing daily reports and presenting them to the team and management.
  • Providing input on peer performance during yearly reviews.
  • Supporting new product launches to ensure supplier quality meets standards.
