Wet Etch Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to ensure the optimal performance of our wet etch equipment. This role involves maintaining and repairing various tools, including 200/300mm wet benches and single wafer processing units.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair wet etch equipment, focusing on 200/300mm wet benches and single wafer processing tools.
  • Perform robot teaching and adjustments for the aforementioned tools.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on wet etch equipment.
  • Plan and manage consumables and parts for regular maintenance activities.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex issues using root cause analysis.
  • Execute tasks safely with good housekeeping practices.
  • Utilize knowledge of Mitsubishi/Omron PLCs and experience in sub-systems like CDS, DI heaters, ozone generators, and chillers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in engineering.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong team player.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
