Senior Wire-Bonding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced expert to develop and optimize wire-bonding processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and validate gold, copper, and aluminum wire bonding processes.
  • Troubleshoot equipment (e.g., K&S) and design tooling/window clamps.
  • Train local teams in best practices and quality control.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all wire-bonding issues.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in OSAT/semiconductor packaging.
  • Strong process + equipment troubleshooting expertise.
  • Knowledge of the 4M framework.
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams with strong technical skills.
  • Ability to contribute to India's semiconductor growth.

  • Development of high-quality wire-bonding processes.
  • Equipment optimization and maintenance.
  • Effective training and guidance to local teams.
