Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong knowledge of the framework and experience with Sinatra.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working with microservices-based architectures, familiarity with Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Thrift or similar messaging/streaming platforms, and hands-on experience with SOLR for search and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and efficient applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebases.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Requirements:

  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Prior experience in healthcare technology platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools, preferably Datadog.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloudflare or similar security practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

Must-Haves:
