Research and Development Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our research and development team as a Research and Development Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in computer vision, deep learning, and large language models.

  • We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design, Develop, and Optimize Deep Learning Models: Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models for computer vision and LLM applications.
  2. Implement State-of-the-Art Algorithms: Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in ML/DL, ensuring scalability and performance.
  3. Preprocess, Annotate, and Manage Large Datasets: Preprocess, annotate, and manage large datasets for training and evaluation.
  4. Deploy ML Models on Cloud Environments: Deploy ML models on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for real-world use cases.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
  6. Experiment, Benchmark, and Document Innovative Approaches: Experiment, benchmark, and document innovative approaches for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Understanding of Computer Vision Concepts: Strong understanding of Computer Vision concepts (object detection, image segmentation, feature extraction).
  • Proficiency in Deep Learning Frameworks: Proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Experience with OpenCV: Experience with OpenCV for image/video processing.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration.
  • Hands-on Experience with Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid Grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms: Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
