**Job Title:** Data Scientist Researcher

We're looking for a highly skilled researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation trading strategies. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models that can process vast datasets and identify new sources of alpha.

**About the Role:** The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a technology-driven environment. You will be working closely with a team of quants and developers to design and implement scalable systems from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and deploying machine learning models that generate alpha or significantly improve trading strategy performance
  • Experience with the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data sourcing and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring
  • Collaborating with the team to design and implement robust, scalable systems

**Requirements:**

  • Ph.D. or M.S. in a quantitative field (advantage)
  • Published research in machine learning, statistics, or a related field (highly regarded)
  • Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
