Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Test Development Engineer to join our team for a project focused on migrating automated test equipment (ATE) test programs.

The primary responsibility will be to migrate existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform. This is a position with potential opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and migrate full test programs from source platforms to the target NI STS platform.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new NI STS environment.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience with both Teradyne (J750, Microflex, ETS 88) and NI STS platforms.
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis SAS tools such as JMP.
