About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior research executive, overseeing and implementing research projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with excellent project management skills, able to lead project teams and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

The successful individual will have a strong background in research, with experience in managing research projects and delivering high-quality results. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

As a senior research executive, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. You will also be expected to provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
  1. To manage and implement research projects from conception to completion.
  2. To lead project teams and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
  3. To conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications.
  4. To initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities.
  5. To provide effective coaching to RA and RE colleagues.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation.
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role.
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
  • Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
