Job Title:

Research Executive

About the Job:

This role is responsible for developing research skills through various activities, including proposal writing, field work material preparation, questionnaire preparation, project management, client management, time management, collaboration, and new initiative & new skills development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Writing:
    • Develop high-quality proposals that adhere to project briefs and pre-requisites such as study objectives, research approaches, and methodologies.
    • Draft proposals with robust research designs, sample plans, and instrumentation.
  • Field Work Material Preparation:
    • Prepare comprehensive materials for field work, including brief notes, budgets, show cards, and other supporting documents.
  • Questionnaire Preparation:
    • Learn the basics of questionnaire design, flow, filters, routing, and different kinds of scales.
    • Prepare high-quality questionnaires with minimal errors and digitalize them using scripting teams.
  • Project Management:
    • Understand project processes and provide comprehensive field briefings after understanding study objectives.
    • Plan and prioritize project activities according to timelines and share research study pre-requisites with PM teams.
    • Debrief interviewers and POG teams on study and questionnaire details.
    • Finalize estimates and review RQ's.
    • Launch projects online in necessary software and prepare analysis plans for simple projects.
    • Constantly coordinate with Project Management and Field teams.
    • Manage timely quotas and assist seniors in preparing 1st cut presentations.
  • Client Management:
    • Manage clients independently for routine matters and address ongoing project queries.
    • Attend client meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes of meetings.
    • Provide error-free insights and deliverables to clients.
    • Develop awareness on categories, brands, or industries on working projects.
    • Generate client satisfaction scores and testimonials.
  • Time Management:
    • Follow up with relevant support teams according to timelines.
    • Submit client deliverables timely.
    • Manage and multitask project activities.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work independently with least supervision - inter and intra teams.
  • New Initiative & New Skills Development:
    • Upgrade skills for professional and organizational growth.
    • Stay updated on client businesses and categories.
