Healthcare Software Developer

At a leading digital health company, we are building a comprehensive healthcare platform that integrates various aspects of the industry.

The platform will include hospital management software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration – all aligned with national health standards.

As a core team member, you will be responsible for developing scalable APIs and microservices that enable this end-to-end healthcare experience.

This is an opportunity to work on real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend microservices for patient workflows, lab integrations, billing, and more.
  • Build and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Work with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Evaluate security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.
  • Participate in training, code reviews, and deployment cycles.

Requirements:

  • Professionals with strong fundamentals in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with Node.js or Python.
  • Able to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Excited to work on multiple modules rather than a single application.
  • Open to 2 months of structured training before taking on live projects.
