About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in artificial intelligence and data science to lead the development and implementation of AI and data science solutions tailored to customer requirements. As an AI and Data Science Innovator at ReInvent Ideas, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI solutions and ML models. Your expertise will enable us to offer expert guidance on AI strategies, machine learning models, and data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build AI architectures and data pipelines, providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will also involve developing innovative AI features leveraging various methodologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, traditional ML) and designing and implementing data strategies for AI development and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI and data science solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Offer expert guidance on AI strategies, machine learning models, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and build AI architectures and data pipelines, providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop innovative AI features leveraging various methodologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, traditional ML).
  • Design and implement data strategies for AI development and training.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as an AI and Data Science Innovator at ReInvent Ideas, you will need:

  • Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, data science, and analytics frameworks with experience of 5 years+.
  • Proven experience delivering AI-driven, data-based solutions to solve real-world business problems.
  • Deep understanding of working with large and diverse data sets, building machine learning models, and implementing AI strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and lead client interactions across various industries.
  • Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and tools.
  • A track record of building AI products from 0 to 1 in startup environments.

We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field.

What We Offer
