About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Due Diligence Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity of our client onboarding process.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence reviews, analyzing data, and identifying potential risks. Your findings will be presented to stakeholders, highlighting areas that require attention and suggesting strategies for mitigation.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement policies and procedures designed to enhance our compliance posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks associated with clients and transactions
  • Develop and present recommendations for mitigating risk and improving our compliance posture
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement policies and procedures
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform our compliance strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in due diligence, risk management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with financial institutions or in a related industry
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
