Financial Due Diligence Manager

A key role in our Transaction Advisory team, leading financial due diligence projects to help clients navigate complex business transactions.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Due Diligence Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence projects from initiation to completion.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the target business's financial and operational performance through thorough analysis of historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Lead project teams and deliver high-quality results as Engagement Manager, overseeing client services and ensuring compliance with risk management procedures.
  • Evaluate operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital & cash flows considerations, net debt, and other key factors to provide valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target business's financial situation, including its revenue streams, cost structure, and liquidity position.
  • Due Diligence Management: Lead the execution of due diligence projects, overseeing project teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
