We are seeking an experienced SAP MDM Leader to lead the design and implementation of SAP MDM solutions. The successful candidate will develop and maintain master data standards, processes, and procedures, collaborating with business and technology departments to ensure alignment of MDM strategy and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will manage master data within the company, ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistency. This includes identifying areas for data quality improvements and implementing necessary procedures, as well as providing guidance and leadership to the MDM team.

A strong communicator, the SAP MDM Leader will effectively communicate with key stakeholders on data requirements and project progress. Additionally, they will stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP MDM.

The Successful Applicant

  • Should have proven experience in implementing SAP MDM solutions within the FMCG industry.
  • Must possess proficiency in data management and data governance practices.
  • Will have strong knowledge of SAP MDM, SAP ECC, and related technologies.
  • Exhibits excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
