Job Title: Mass Retail Distribution Head

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a distribution strategy to drive business growth and market leadership.
  • Achieve acquisition targets for the distribution channel while ensuring quality of additions and compliance with corporate policy guidelines.
  • Develop strategies to enhance trade advocacy and geographical footprint.
Main Performance Areas:Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy to drive profitability of the distribution channel.
  • Set targets for the distribution channel covering both business and distribution KPIs.
  • Develop channel expansion strategies by evaluating distribution coverage, penetration, and performance.
Operational Execution:
  • Achieve revenue targets for the distribution channel for all products across brands.
  • Achieve distribution network expansion targets by appointing and monitoring partners in new and existing areas.
Developmental Focus:
  • Identify development areas and recommend training programs/interventions for the distribution manpower.
  • Collaborate with the SEM team in developing training programs for internal sales teams and distributors for all new products and initiatives.
