Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a Fund Manager to join us as a 40% Equity Partner in our Dubai-based Exempt Fund, specializing in arbitrage strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in fund management, quantitative finance, or hedge fund operations.

The role involves direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy, ensuring risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance
Candidate Profile:

A background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations is essential. Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures is required. Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks is also necessary. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value is desirable.
