
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to oversee the management of day-to-day operations within our organization.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership by managing office functions, supervising staff, implementing efficient systems, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
The role requires a strong track record of managing administrative operations, excellent leadership and supervisory skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, including receptionists, assistants, and other office support personnel.
- Task Assignment: Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs for team members.
- Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement comprehensive administrative procedures and policies to streamline office operations.
- Office Management: Manage office budget, including expense tracking, vendor management, and cost control.
- Facility Management: Oversight facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals.
- Office Logistics: Coordinate office logistics, such as mail distribution, courier services, and supply inventory.
- Project Management: Manage complex projects, including scheduling, task allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience as an office manager with a strong track record of managing administrative operations.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
