
Real Estate Network Development Manager

Job Description:
\The primary role of this position is to establish and maintain a robust network of real estate brokers within a designated area. This involves developing strategic partnerships with these brokers, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a consistent flow of customer databases and leads.
\To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for regularly visiting channel partners, both new and existing, to build influence and drive business growth. Additionally, they will work closely with internal teams to ensure channel partner satisfaction and facilitate effective communication.
\The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. They should also have good interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships effectively.
