Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities, including accounting and book closures, MIS reports, statutory audits, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Book Closures: Ensure timely completion of monthly book closures and handle day-to-day accounting activities.
  • MIS Reports and Business Reviews: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and participate in business reviews to drive informed decision-making.
  • Statutory Audits: Manage statutory audits to ensure compliance with IND-AS and German GAAP standards.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure VAT, corporate tax, and local tax compliance across the organization.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Sales, Returns, and Receivables Monitoring: Monitor sales, returns, receivables, and inventory levels to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cost Efficiency Initiatives: Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and support reporting using Power BI.
Requirements
  • Strong Financial Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and book closures.
  • Audit and Compliance Expertise: Have expertise in managing statutory audits and ensuring compliance with IND-AS and German GAAP standards.
  • Taxation and Legal Compliance: Be familiar with VAT, corporate tax, and local regulations for smooth operations.
  • Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and conduct financial analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and business intelligence.
