Finance Manager

Lead a finance team to drive strategic business growth through effective financial planning, management and control. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing the end-to-end finance function, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
  • Coordinating statutory audits, internal audits and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Preparing and finalizing financial statements as per statutory norms and providing timely insights for informed decision making.
  • Strengthening internal control systems, risk management practices and financial governance to minimize exposure to operational risks.
  • Handling taxation, including GST, TDS and direct tax matters with accurate filings and assessments.
  • Monitoring cash flow, working capital and fund management across operational units to optimize liquidity and profitability.

Requirements: 12+ years in Finance & Accounts (preferably in Manufacturing/Pharma sector)
