Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in our Business Process Management company, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for clients across various industries.

Your primary responsibilities will include end-to-end claims analysis, verification of policy and claims documents, setup and payment processing, submission and tracking, correspondence with claim parties, and communication with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of activities, managing day-to-day production, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

  • Claims Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Policy and Claims Documents: Verify accuracy and completeness of policy and claims documents to ensure smooth processing.
  • Setup and Payment Processing: Configure and manage payment systems to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Submission and Tracking: Coordinate submission and tracking of claims to ensure efficient processing.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with claim parties and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Any graduate degree is acceptable.
  • Insurance Principles: Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance principles is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in London Insurance Market claims is required.
  • Skill Set: Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills are necessary. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to process improvements is also expected.
