Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js to join our dynamic team.

This role requires strong backend development skills, working in a hybrid model that combines remote flexibility with periodic in-office collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Node.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Evaluate the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes.
  • Integrate with databases (SQL and NoSQL), third-party services, and internal APIs.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
  • Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
  • Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred.
