We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our global fintech engineering team. The ideal candidate is either a hands-on architect or a hardcore individual contributor who can design, build, and scale complex systems while coding at an expert level.

About the Role

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance web applications. They will lead end-to-end architecture discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions. They must have expertise in Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and strong React.js skills (Hooks, Redux).

  • Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.">
  • Mentor team members while being an active hands-on coder.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 7-13 years of full stack development experience. They must have a strong background in system design, architecture, and scalability. They must also have expertise in REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and security. A strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills are essential. Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD tools are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

A B.Tech/M.Tech from a premium college (IIT/NIT/IIIT or equivalent top institutes) would be preferred. Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js is also desirable. Background in product-based or fintech/startup environments is highly valued. Exposure to serverless computing and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is also beneficial.
