Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Subscription Management professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of our Oracle Subscription Management module.

This role will be critical in defining and configuring subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules within the Oracle Cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge with technical expertise in subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle Subscription Management module.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.
  • Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.
  • Perform testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for the Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
Qualifications

The following qualifications are required:

  • 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
