Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud SpecialistWe're seeking a seasoned professional to design, develop, and implement marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  1. Analyzing business requirements to create customized marketing strategies.
  2. Designing and developing journey builders, email templates, and other digital marketing assets.
  3. Collaborating with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing solutions.
  4. Implementing and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's suite of tools.
  5. Troubleshooting technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in building and managing Journey Builder workflows, Email Studio, and other Marketing Cloud modules.
  • Strong experience with AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email template development.
  • Understanding of data management concepts and experience with Audience Builder.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.
