About the Role

We are seeking a senior executive to spearhead our digital strategy and marketing efforts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, running, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns, as well as hands-on experience with GTM, Shopping Ads, and campaign reporting.

They will also possess strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and digital advertising platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Drive performance and sales-led campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM, Shopping Ads, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance goals effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for achieving measurable results.
