Job Title: Advanced Data Administrator
About the Role
- This is a key position that involves ensuring the smooth operation of various insurance policies by managing employee data.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records for client employees.
- Oversee policy management for Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies.
- Coordinate with insurers to add, delete, or correct data through endorsements and CD reconciliations.
- Maintain an endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in system.
- Develop strong relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and TPAs.
- Support HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and data statements for clients and executives.
- Support executives with data management for policy renewals.
- Effectively manage data on internal enrollment portals.
- Resolve client queries through iTrack.
- Conduct periodic data reconciliation and submit report to client.
- Cordinate with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims and no claim confirmation for deletion endorsement processing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
Required Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.
