Job Title: Smartsheet Administrator

 

Are you an expert in creating insightful dashboards, automating workflows, and developing advanced reporting solutions?

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Smartsheet Administrator with hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions, integrating Smartsheet with Jira, and leveraging advanced features for business intelligence and process automation.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build Dashboards: Develop clear and concise dashboards to provide actionable insights and streamline data collection.
  • Configure Integrations: Seamlessly integrate Smartsheet with Jira for project tracking and reporting.
  • Develop Advanced Reports: Create customized reports for analytics, KPIs, and executive-level visibility.
  • Administer the Platform: Manage users, groups, workspaces, and access controls within Smartsheet.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
  • Implement Automated Workflows: Automate workflows, notifications, and approvals within Smartsheet.
  • Ensure Governance and Compliance: Maintain governance, security, and compliance best practices across Smartsheet environments.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to users on dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Expertise in Smartsheet: Proficient in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  • Hands-on Experience: Proven ability to design advanced reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams.
  • 4+ Years of Experience: Experienced Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Automation: Familiarity with Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Smartsheet Certified Administrator: Certification as a Smartsheet Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with integrations involving Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, or ServiceNow.
  • Scripting Knowledge: Familiarity with scripting or API-based automation for custom reporting.
  • Project Management: Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
