Senior Analytics Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Manager to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.

  • Must have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, preferably from a technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Design and implement data architectures to support analytics solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of relevant experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy and Huggingface transformers.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms - Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in exposing solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI.
  • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control.
  • Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills, with ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with sound understanding of visualization.
