Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud specialist to join our team. This individual will design, configure, and implement Experience Cloud portals tailored to business needs.

This role is ideal for those who can deliver impactful solutions with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create custom Experience Cloud portals that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex to enhance platform functionality.
  • Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce, with a minimum of 3 years in Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Hands-on expertise in Experience Cloud branding, customization, and portal management.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate availability (mandatory).

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant or equivalent role.
