Job Title: Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a professional to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in manual and automation testing within Salesforce environments, including configuration and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Validate workflows, triggers, validation rules, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and API integrations.
  • Test Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
  • Verify data integrity and perform migrations for deployments.
  • Utilize Salesforce testing tools (Provar, Selenium) for automation.
  • Document and track defects in project management tools.
  • Provide UAT support and post-deployment validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of QA experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration/customization.
  • Proficient in manual testing, with exposure to automation (Selenium, Provar).
  • Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of Apex testing frameworks and Lightning UI testing.
  • Hands-on with project management tools, Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Benefits:

The contract is a C2H (Contract-to-Hire) type, working remotely, and lasting for 6 months with possible extension or conversion to full-time employment.
