Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Network Leader with 6-8 years of experience in data center networking and 1-3 years of expertise in Software Defined Networking (SDN) for private cloud & virtualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, install, maintain, and manage Cloud Network Infrastructure, including physical and SDN network framework.
  2. Ensure high availability, flexibility, and network performance while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  3. Maintain, audit, review, and update infrastructure documentation.
  4. Collaborate with clients and team members on daily changes, incidents, and requests.
  5. Oversee a team of Network Engineers, provide technical guidance, and evaluate team member performance.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess risks and provide recommendations.
  7. Develop and deliver solution presentations or technical proposals for cloud network infrastructure.
  8. Manage and/or conduct technical validation activities, including Proof of Concept.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
  • Strong fundamentals in WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching, QoS, network monitoring Protocols & Tools, and SDN Technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, self-starting project management abilities, and quick learning capabilities.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 4 people in this role.
