Key Responsibilities
  • Network Infrastructure Management:
    • Design and Implement Network Architecture: Develop and implement a scalable network design that meets business needs and ensures high performance.
    • Maintain Network Infrastructure: Regularly monitor and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Network Security and Compliance:
    • Implement Security Measures: Configure and deploy network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
    • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regular network security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • User Support and Collaboration:
    • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to end-users for network-related issues.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with senior network administrators, IT staff, and other departments to ensure smooth network operations.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain Network Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
    • Prepare Reports: Prepare and present regular reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.
