Job Title: Digital Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital media sales and a deep understanding of the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the senior management team.
  • Make recommendations for sales strategies and process improvements based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, editorial, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Must have at least 8 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising & branded content.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations.
  • Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.
  • Seasoned and successful leader, preferably with experience in a major & complex industry or organization in a competitive market segment.
  • Carry good business acumen to help with the growth of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be target-oriented.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • A good people manager to ensure everyone is motivated.

Candidates currently residing in Mumbai are preferred.

Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development.
