
SAP Real Estate Harmonization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP REFX consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate harmonization initiatives and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Responsibilities:
- Deep dive into SAP RE and conduct as-is and to-be analysis covering master data handling, contacts, invoicing, and steering models.
- Harmonize finance and IT real estate processes across the organization, implementing new steering models and identifying benefits within the solution.
- Develop requirements and steering models for real estate by 2025 and implement solutions by 2026.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate harmonization initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP RE-FX module in SAP S/4 HANA, including Fiori and SAP Best Practice.
- Able to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4.
- Contribute to activities such as system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with cost controlling in the RE-FX module and understanding of SAP FI-CO.
- Knowledge of IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and implementation within SAP RE-FX.
