Business Growth Manager

Job Summary:
GeekLurn seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT consulting services and a strong understanding of strategic sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
- Sales Planning: Develop and implement growth plans for IT consulting services, including market research and database building.
- Team Management: Direct sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities.
- Business Development: Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key customers.
- Leadership: Formulate a business plan to support the business development process, determine equitable sales assignments, and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in IT Staffing.
- Prior experience in various areas of Business Development, including Market Research, Database building, inside sales, lead generation, campaign management, Managed Services, and Client Relationships for the India.
- Staff augmentation in domestic market experience.
- IT Staffing client acquisition experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
- Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing, and converting a potential lead to appointments.
