Job Title: Technical Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead our team.

About the Role:
  • Provide strategic technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure the team stays current with best practices and emerging trends.
  • Forecast and plan resources as per project needs and sizing.
  • Allocate resources based on skills, experience mix planned/sized for projects.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of applications, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in applications.
  • Implementing strategies for optimizing the rendering and overall performance of components.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to React and its ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the object model.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Experience in Bootstrap framework.
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure dynamic environments.
