Job Title: Senior Technical Director

The position requires a highly skilled leader with extensive experience in technical management, software development life cycles and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product strategy, be able to communicate effectively, motivate team members and drive results-oriented decisions.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies for ensuring timely delivery of product features using Agile Methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA and Operations teams to ensure high-quality software products are delivered on time.
  • Support and collaborate with Product Management team to define product vision and achieve business objectives.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing SDLC processes and defining goals and objectives for the team. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and 10+ years of professional experience are required. Prior experience in using AI tools for coding, code refactoring, unit testing, automated testing and documentation is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize project scope and goals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks.
  • Monitor and report progress to executive team.

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. They should be able to motivate team members and drive results-oriented decisions.
