We seek a seasoned Technical Operations Director to lead our technical operations and drive complex IT project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure projects (e.g., AWS, Azure) ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices including incident, change, and configuration management.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Facilitate change management processes and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Track project performance using tools such as Jira, MS Project, and ServiceNow to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and corporate IT teams to align on project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on technical operations.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and project lifecycle methodologies.
  • Certifications: PMP, SCRUM Master, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
