Job Description:

A Customer Service Education Specialist is responsible for educating potential US customers about our product and service. They handle questions, comments, and complaints regarding our business and provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call US customers to explain our program

• Follow up with customers to ensure classes

• Participate in trial classes for potential students

• Manage client relationships, take feedback, and resolve issues or conflicts

Desired Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service and call centers

• Pleasant personality for engaging conversations

• Good communication and listening skills

• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of US localization and understanding of US accent (desired)
