Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Execute Synthetic Routes: Develop and implement effective strategies for synthesizing small molecules, ensuring optimal results and efficient use of resources.
  • Track SAR and Optimize Potency: Analyze and optimize the properties of small molecules, including potency, selectivity, and overall performance.
  • Purification and Structural Characterization: Ensure the highest quality of compounds through meticulous purification and structural characterization processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve synthetic problems, optimizing reaction conditions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to junior colleagues, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also contribute to technical reports and collaborate with analytical teams as needed. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or a closely related field. Familiarity with reaction databases and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential.
