Senior Application Performance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Performance Specialist to drive operational excellence in application management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance monitoring, with expertise in setting up and configuring performance monitoring tools, troubleshooting issues, and identifying recurring problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain performance monitoring infrastructure for various applications
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application performance issues
  • Identify root causes of performance degradation and implement long-term solutions
  • Develop and fine-tune dashboards and alerts for performance monitoring tools
  • Integrate performance data into incident management tooling
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application code for performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance monitoring and application management
  • Proven expertise in performance monitoring tool setup and configuration
  • Experience in synthetic monitoring and alert management
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
