We are seeking a results-driven Senior Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. As part of the consulting team, you will lead the delivery effort on various projects. This includes playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be based in our Bangalore office (currently remote), working directly with teams in both the US and India.

  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders by helping them manage and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to assess current state, evaluate against industry standards, and suggest opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze client spend data, create project deliverables, conduct research into markets and industries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and release requests for proposal (RFPs).
  • Support stakeholders and suppliers during bid evaluation and supplier selection processes.
  • Develop financial models to understand true costs of ownership and present findings to decision-makers.
  • Evaluate supplier pricing proposals to identify cost reduction levers and develop negotiation strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting or operations; specific experience in supply-chain and procurement is required.
  • A passion for working in a start-up atmosphere, with an ownership-driven mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A highly motivated team player who can work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
