As a licensed advisor under Kimbocorp, you will be responsible for guiding clients through various stages of their business journey:

  • Create Pre-Incorporation Sandbox Businesses
  • Structure Shareholders and Directors
  • Sign Early LOIs and Prepare Agreements
  • Formalise Their Holding Companies with Full Digital and Advisory Support

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Introducing at least 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singapore structures
  • Guiding leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation
  • Following up with prospects, sharing proposals, and closing deals
  • Attending weekly training sessions and advisory townhalls
  • Providing 1-on-1 guidance to clients alongside our Singapore-based team
  • Growing your own book of business and building a repeatable referral network
