  • Deliver high-level technical service and support to both internal and external customers in installations and servicing of equipment as per the guidelines of Heidelberg Customer Service Department
  • Support sales operation in respect to field technical issues, customer complaints, and sales opportunities including 2S sales for the region
  • Develop customer support standards by ensuring first-time fix of service issues, improved customer response time, and efficiently manage overall service operational cost of the region

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in BE B Tech in Printing Technology or Mechanical Engineering (preferable)
  • Relevant work experience of 12 to 15 years in Graphic Art Industry, especially in servicing of Printing equipment
  • Excellent business communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to travel extensively
