Job Title: Professional Technical Solutions Expert

Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and root cause analysis, testing, installation, and commissioning, as well as creating technical documentation and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Perform complex issue troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis
  • Test, install, and commission equipment and software
  • Develop technical documentation and communicate with relevant parties

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support
  • Engineering degree (B.E./ B. Tech.)
  • Knowledge of Ethernet layer-2 and layer-3 protocols
  • Experience with testers like VeEX, Viavi, Spirent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in TDM network, Virtualization (SD-WAN), or Linux operating system

Essential Skills:

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
