Lead Performance Improvement Specialist

NxtWave is a dynamic Ed-Tech startup on a mission to transform India's youth into highly skilled tech professionals. We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for performance improvement and leadership development. As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, and native fluency in Telugu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics, ensuring consistent conversion rates
  • Counsel learning prospects, providing career guidance and explaining how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers
  • Communicate the value and uniqueness of NxtWave's CCBP 4.0 Programs
  • Oversee the entire sales closing lifecycle, from calls and product demonstrations to closures and post-sales engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and provide feedback to enhance lead quality
  • Drive weekly targets related to revenue and enrollments
  • Share valuable insights on customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends with the marketing team
  • Handle escalations to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Set clear goals and responsibilities for team members and ensure timely execution

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in managing a sales team, preferably in the EdTech sector
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Native fluency in Telugu and strong command of English
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for helping learners achieve their career goals
  • High levels of empathy, patience, and commitment
  • Systematic approach to managing sales funnels, task prioritization, and achieving targets
