We believe that experiential learning, as emphasized by National Education Policy 2020 and National Curriculum Framework 2005, helps students learn better and develop essential skills like critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration.

About Our Initiative

Our initiative aims to empower teachers by providing them with a support system that includes deep training, experiential teaching content, and technology tools. This enables them to transform their classrooms into joyful learning spaces where children can discover and learn through experience.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Transformation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Kannada, and a passion for education and social change.

About You

  • A facilitator who connects different stakeholders in the education ecosystem and aligns them towards the mission of education transformation.
  • Open to working in a dynamic environment and willing to deepen your experience through learning and self-discovery.
  • Someone who can be a change agent for transforming government schools by advocating new techniques and strategies.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong Academic Background: MA in English/Kannada or M.Sc. in Sciences- Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry, B.E / M.Tech, B.Ed. / M.Ed. – Any specialization.
  • Knowledge of NCERT and DSERT curriculum, Science Pedagogy.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Passion for Education and social change and willingness to learn & work in Govt School space.
  • Excellent communication & Documentation skills in both Kannada and English are mandatory.
  • Being sensible and reflective Ability to collaborate with Officers of the education dept and internal team members towards attainment of both individual and collective team goals.
  • Strong analytical skills. Working knowledge of tools like Excel, Power point, word is necessary.
  • Ability to Travel frequently is mandatory. Most of the travel will be to Education Offices in district and Blocks and sometimes to Cluster level Centres and Schools.
