We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for bridging the company's vision with its people, creating and implementing HR policies, driving culture-building initiatives, and engaging with employees across regions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR, including strong exposure to Indian labor laws, policy drafting and implementation, employee engagement across regions, recruitment, and onboarding.

  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.
Culture & Engagement

The ideal candidate will be able to design and run initiatives that build a strong, inclusive company culture. They will also be the voice of the company's vision, ensuring employees feel connected and valued.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles, building a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, and creating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Performance & Development

The ideal candidate will be able to implement and manage KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles, as well as work with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HRIS (Zoho People) for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data, as well as generating reports and insights for leadership to support decision-making.
