We are seeking a skilled technical leader to spearhead large-scale engineering initiatives and drive strategic business outcomes.

This role involves defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in backend development, data & messaging, cloud technologies, and system design & architecture. Additionally, experience with AI & innovation, collaboration & leadership, and technical mentorship is highly desirable.

A successful Staff Software Engineer will lead cross-functional engineering initiatives, champion adoption of observability, testing, security, and quality standards, and foster technical leadership capacity across the organization.

Key skills include:

  • Backend Development: Expertise in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • Data & Messaging: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in AWS, GCP, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo).
  • System Design & Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, reusable frameworks, and shared libraries.
  • AI & Innovation: Familiarity with AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, and AI-first engineering practices.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Strong technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, and org-wide technical direction.
